ANSAB has been supported by Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (ELCO) for an initiative with an objective to pilot a system of attracting rural youth, with a special focus on girls, to technical education through improved practical aspects and access of marginalized youth. With the partnership for a year, ANSAB will develop technicians on eco-farming and enterprise development with inclusion of practical aspects on technical education and vocational training (TEVT), and provide on the job training (OJT) to the rural youths at the ANSAB supported eco-farms and enterprises. ANSAB has been closely working with Aveda, an affiliate of the ELCO for bringing the communities the economic and social benefit they deserve, esp. through revenue diversification initiatives at community level.
